Ernest A. Silver, President of MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS and BUSINESS SEMINARS INSTITUTE, is an independent management consultant specializing in business management.  

For 25 years he has conducted seminars and workshops entitled, “How to Start and Manage a Small Business,” and has lectured to groups of business professionals throughout New England. He is the author of “The Small Business Handbook - A Guide for Entrepreneurs”. 

Mr. Silver is a graduate of Northeastern University and Babson College and is presently Professor and Chair of the Department of Management at Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts.
