On-site massage, for events and businesses, is also available.

deep tissue massage — release

Releases chronic patterns of tension in the body by using slow strokes within a small surface area, and by going across the grain of the muscles, tendons or fascia, which results in releasing contracted areas.

sports massage — enhancement

Enriches conditioning programs, helps athletes prepare for and recover from competition, reduces injuries, aids in rehabilitation. Ultimately, it may enhance athletic performance.

relaxation massage — satisfying

This is a classic form of massage that relaxes the body, improves muscle tone, stimulates circulation and is an essential part of stress management.

meridian massage — balance

Is an Oriental based system of finger pressure techniques. The Meridian system is comprised of energy channels that flow through the body. Energy blocks can cause physical discomfort. The aim is to release the blocks and balance the body.

aromatherapy massage — stimulates

The essential oils are mixed with carrier oil and applied to the skin in a massage session affecting the olfactory senses.

thai massage — soothing

In an atmosphere of reverence, meditation and healing, the therapist guides your body through a flowing sequence of yoga-based stretches, while applying rhythmic pressure along the energy pathways and points. Thai Massage is typically a floor massage where the client is fully dressed in loose clothing on a pad.

hot stone massage — comforting

Hot stone massage is a specialty session that uses smooth, heated stones. The heat helps to release tight muscles and is a deeply soothing, relaxing massage. The therapist uses traditional Swedish massage while holding a heated stone. As the stone cools, the therapist replaces it with another. The therapist might also leave heated stones in specific points along your spine, or in the palms of your hand, or even between your toes to improve the flow of energy in your body.
